Hello fellow deviants!

I just turned into mad scientist mood and started doing some experiments with CSS journal skins.
Page is still quite static as I am trying to figure out whole mechanism. Main problem now is to fit in some old elements I have used before. Especially that ugly Facebook badge needs some customisation.

Well, in fact I am. Double. Photographer and Illustrator.

But landscape photography is rather a hobby. It is impossible to take those as commisions.... maybe ...hmm in theory. But objects/areas needs to be attractive themselves and there must be huge patiency on the client side. Sometimes it takes months (in extreme situations even years) until light conditions are optimal for best mood. I can't imagine client that would undergone something like that.

It would be easier to make a matte painting instead.

no... I mean buying the prints, I'm not asking for a commission xD you have a few pictures available for prints and I want to pay to have them printed. but I don't have a pay-pal or anything, so I'd have to wait until I do. but I would LOVE to support your art/photography, it's AMAZING!.

Robert, it's great to see you've done something on your page after such a long absence. I've been 'watching' you for a very long time and was a bit sad when you didn't seem to be updating your work anymore. Apparently, the waiting has paid off. Hope to see more of your atmospheric photos soon!

Four years (or so) is bit too long delay indeed. I will try to be much quicker with response this time. Let's hope light will be good for my landscapes for this season. :deviation:

You know why you're so inspiring to me? It's the fact that you can capture and display the perfect colors in your photos to set a particular mood so unfathomably well, it's like I can reach out and touch the location you captured. Whether you use Photoshop or you purely go out and find these insanely rich color pallets, I highly admire your sense of light and color. Thank you for sharing your work with us!

Usually natural light is the heaviest weight here. When I tried to mix something up without good natural light result was always quite off.

I.e. goodlight on the place itself, decent underexposure and mild work with histogram in PS is usually enough to do the "trick".
